A private investment company built on two decades of market experience
D.A.T.E. Investment Management Limited was incorporated on 26 August 2016 under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus to conduct investment and trading business in the financial and commodity markets, business consulting also.
The company acquires and holds investment assets, real estate, shares, equity interests, debt obligations, bonds, promissory notes, and other securities. We have accumulated significant experience to buy and sell commodities in the fuel and agriculture markets and the green energy sector; in recent years, we have focused on investments in minerals and commodities.
The company is wholly owned by a private investor with over twenty years of experience in financial markets worldwide. We provide professional advice across capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, asset management and investment consulting.

Do you work with private individuals?
We work with companies, funds and professional investors. D.A.T.E. is not a retail investment firm and does not manage money on behalf of private clients.
Are you regulated by CySEC?
No — and for what we do, no licence is required. The company invests its own capital and provides corporate advisory services. We do not hold client assets, do not manage third-party portfolios and do not offer securities to the public. Anything that does require a licence is carried out together with regulated partners.
What is the minimum mandate size?
As a rule we take on advisory mandates from €5 million in transaction value. Smaller projects are considered where the sector or geography is a particularly close fit — it is worth asking.
Which jurisdictions do you cover?
Cyprus and the wider European Union, and other countries around the world. Beyond our home markets we work through established local partners.
How are your fees structured?
Typically a fixed retainer covering the working phase, plus a success fee tied to completion. For clearly defined scopes we quote a single fixed fee. Terms are always agreed in writing before work begins, and nothing is charged during the initial assessment.
Will you sign an NDA?
Always — before we receive any commercially sensitive material. We are happy to work with your form of agreement or to provide ours.
What do you need in order to assess an enquiry?
A short description of the business or project, the sector and geography, an indicative size and your expected timeline. Detailed documentation is only needed once an NDA is in place.

From first contact to completed deal
Every mandate follows the same four stages. Timings are indicative — the scale of the transaction sets the pace — but the sequence does not change.

Introduction
You outline the mandate through the form below or by email. We reply personally, confirm whether it falls within our remit, and sign an NDA before any materials change hands.

02 1–2 weeks
Scoping
We review the documentation, assess feasibility, and set out scope, timeline and commercial terms in a written proposal. Nothing is charged up to this point.

03 4–8 weeks
Diligence & structuring
Financial, legal and technical review alongside our advisers. Valuation, deal structure and negotiating strategy are agreed with you before any counterparty is approached.

04 3–6 months, deal dependent
Execution
Negotiation, documentation and closing — followed by post-transaction support where the mandate calls for it.
